Happy New Year Everyone!

We hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas break. The first week is almost over and I think it has been a bit of shock for some of the children! 

The children have welcomed Mrs Rowling back into the classroom after her maternity leave and have enjoyed impressing her by how big they have grown over the last year.  They have have had a great time telling her all about some of the wonderful things they have done with Miss Davies last term.

This week we have started to find out about the changing seasons and the way the world around us changes in the winter.  We have already started to realise the water and ice are the same thing but change because of temperature!

We will explore the Arctic more next week and are looking forward to going on our Arctic Expedition next Wednesday.
