Children as Leaders
What is Pupil Voice?
Pupil Voice is an extremely important part of life at St Joseph's and it is at the heart of our school community. Children across all year groups are encouraged to share their ideas on how to make our school an even better place to be! In additioin, Pupil Voice gives children the opportunity to contribute to the planning and organisation of school activities and events. It also enhances communication between students, staff and parents whilst promoting friendship and respect amongst pupils. An effective Pupil Voice promotes a positive and healthy environment in the school community!
Our beliefs
We believe that students should work in partnership with school leadership, staff and parents for the benefits of the school and its students. Our children make valuable contributions and actively participate in the operation of the school and this enables them to feel valued in expressing their views and opinions as well as being valued as part of the whole school community.
