Roberts Bakery Visit

On Tuesday 3rd November and Thursday 5th November, Year 5/6 were lucky enough to have the oppportunity to learn how to bake their own bread with the help of the bakers from Roberts Bakery! The children learnt about process of making the perfect bread loaf and they were all fascinated at the end result! Roberts Bakery also taught the children about the history of bread and its nutritional value. At the end of the session, the children were able to take home their bread loaf, a gingerbread man, an apron and a baking hat! They all had a fantastic time and enjoyed the experience!
